In General

The operation section is used to clearly and numerically express the hotel data, which is important for the daily cleaning agenda. With the Operations you can plan room cleaning, laundry or maintenance. The lists show the number of rooms and guests on the timeline. Included are additional services that you have set (parking, rentals etc.). The table shows the number of arrivals, departures, booked reservations. There is also information on the need for cleaning, calculated from your data.

To set up cleaning plans, you need to go to App / Settings / Settings / Cleaning plans.

Click on the plus to add new cleaning. Fill in the name, how often the cleaning is done (Number of days), the number of nights is the minimum stay of the guest so the cleaning can occur (eg. if the guest arrives for 5 nights or more, bed linen is changed during priority) cleaning if more than one is set.
