## In General

The screen contains a so-called scenario (reception list), a summary of all events for the current day in the device. If you are using Extranet for more than one device at a time, it is possible to display Home screen for each of them separately using the "Devices" filter on the top line.

The scenario shows all departures and arrivals along with information about individual bookings. This will keep you informed of what you can expect every day. \
\
Under the arrivals and departures are also displayed guests along with important information, which may be useful for your daily agenda. You can view this report for any day using the buttons on the top line.

For each reservation in each section you will find their room, number of people, reservation channel, used label, name, arrival or departure time and the bag icon, which will show you immediately whether the reservation has settled accounts. (green - paid, yellow - partially paid) (overpayment, gray - not paid) You can write more information in the note (on the booking detail), which also appears in the scenario for the rooms (reservations).

For rooms that are due to leave on this day, you can indicate whether they are already gone by using the Yes / No button under the room name. You can also mark the rooms that have arrived.

The information from the start screen can be exported to a printable file (eg for maid) for any day. Simply set the date on the top line and click the button with the printer icon (select all the data you want to export in the window that appears). Save the file to your computer and print. An identical report can also be generated in the section Reception / Reports / Reception List. For more information, see the link below:
