Send emails directly from your Siesta Extranet interface.

In General

Directly from the Extranet environment, you can send emails to your guests, such as a welcome email with additional information about your facility or booked room.

All sent emails from the Extranet interface are displayed both in the reservation Emails tab and in the main menu in the Reservation / Communication tab.

Sending emails

To send an email, use the details of the reservation, specifically the bottom bar and the "Send email" button. It is also possible to set pre-filled templates, which will greatly facilitate the entire process of working with the reservation. More about setting up email templates on the link below:

E-mails that should have been sent but were not sent, are also recorded so that they do not have a filled-in sending date.
