Ideal Availability
Perfect sales speed management.
In General
The table of ideal availability shows us how fast we sell capacity in each week, before arrival according to the set schedule. It graphically shows us each week whether we sell our rooms according to schedule. This feature is only available for products Comfort and Expert.
Ideal availability overview
The left vertical bar shows each room type and the number of rooms per week in parentheses. Below are the ideal occupancy plans, ADR, weekly sales and RevPar indicator. The top horizontal bar is divided by weeks. Individual boxes (weeks) are colour-coded.

Colourful interface
We sell significantly too fast - this week is filled with light green.
We sell too fast - this week is filled with dark green.
We sell according to plan - this week is without filler, remains grey.
Sell too slowly - this week is filled with dark red.
We sell significantly too slowly - this week is filled with light red.
Working with ideal accessibility
According to the table of ideal availability, we can see in what period it is necessary to work with prices in order to achieve the planned sales. Where the colours represent certain levels of availability:
light green - represents a positive availability of +2
dark green - represents a positive +1 availability
grey - represents the ideal level
dark red - represents negative availability of -1
light red - stands for negative availability -2
