# Overview

## In General&#x20;

In the overview analysis we see 8 graphs that are devoted to occupancy, sales and interrelations. The vertical axis indicates the value for the chart and the horizontal individual months of the year. Light green indicates this year and dark green indicates the previous one. Hovering over the graph field displays the values ​​for that month. You can use room types, booking sources or your partners for filtering.

## Occupancy roomnights (RN)

The graph shows the number of valid occupied nights in individual months.

## Accommodation revenue (RR) - €

The graph shows the sum of the charged items of the accommodation type in the accounts of valid reservations, regardless of whether the items were paid or not. The vertical axis indicates sales in EUR.&#x20;

## Average revenue for roomnight (ADR) - €

The third graph shows the charged room rates for valid bookings arriving during the period.&#x20;

## Rev Par

Rev par (Revenue per Available Room) shows the price for an available room. It is an internationally used indicator that is monitored over a longer period of time and is calculated as the ratio of total accommodation revenue for a given period to the total number of available rooms for the same period. Or also, as a product of accommodation revenues and occupancy in % for a certain period.\

It can be seen as an indicator to compare whether it is worth selling more nights at a lower price or less nights at a higher price.&#x20;
