## In General

With reports you can easily and quickly export your required information, which can be used outside the Siesta Extranet interface.  

## Overview of reports

### Reception sheet

With this report you can export the list of events for your selected day. You can choose from a wide range, such as export of cleaning, tasks, transfers, etc.

### Report catering

Thanks to the catering report you can get an overview of the catering of guests in your facility for the selected period. Just enter the time and click Export. The report will then show all reservations, which have ordered meals, their quantity, type and entered notes.

### House book

The House Book report creates an export with a table of accommodated guests in the specified period. In addition to general guest information, travel document numbers or visas are listed here. To generate an export, simply select your device, specify the time, or select an unreported citizenship that you do not want to add into account in the export.

### Calendar

Simple export of occupancy list within selected dates.

### Warehouse activities

Report, will export a table with data about movements in and between your created warehouses.
