Completely new design for online check-in, which now allows ordering delivery, breakfast, transport or connection with Facebook messenger.
The appearance of the form can be partially modified according to your wishes. Contact your account manager to customise the look.
Clicking the question mark button on the top bar will bring you to the newly processed Siesta Extranet Help.
The new help is clearer and better structured, so it is well-orientated that even a newcomer as well as an experienced Siesta Extranet user can find their answers quickly and easily. You can now search using keywords.
If you have a corporate clientele or need to invoice multiple bookings on a single invoice, you will certainly use bulk invoicing.
The feature is in beta testing status at the time of the new release. Please contact your account manager to enter the Beta Testing Program.
Delivery-related accounting items do not appear in the list of items in the booking account. Automatically fill in the transport date when selecting the Arrival / Departure transfer type. The number of persons to transfer is now a mandatory field. The table of prices in the Reservation section now shows prices according to the number of persons. A control bar has been added and the option to display all types of restrictions. The option to highlight weekends has been added to both the Reservation and Management section of the PriceGrid.
When bulk reservations on a dashboard are approved with a device filter active, only device reservations (previously all device reservations) are approved. Fixed update of the cleaning page. Fix the disappearing device filter on the scavenging overview. Fixed bug where edited delivery items temporarily disappeared from item list. Fixed swapped columns in the source field and specific symbol in the cashflow report. We've redesigned how to save default values ββfor calendar and price tables, now they're not stored in the browser, but directly in the app's memory. The value should not be reset continuously.
