# Dining types

## In General

In this section you can easily configure the types of catering items which you can then use to order the details of the reservation.

## Setting new types of catering

Click the "Add dining type" button at the bottom right of your screen to open a new window:

Fill in the type name, such as Half Board, then you can add a type description. Then you have to click on items within your new type, in your case Half board, should contain. The last step is to pair the new type of catering with the accounting item, which must also be configured. See the link below to learn how to configure new accounting items.

After pairing, you only need to save using the floppy disk icon in the upper right corner.

Already set, types of dining can look like this. After, the actual specification can still change individual categories for specific types of catering.
