Siesta Extranet is an application for simple and efficient management of accommodation facilities.

In General

If you are a new user of the application, we also recommend you to watch our video tutorials, which will introduce you to the basic procedures of working with Siesta Extranet.

Overview

After logging into the Siesta Extranet, you can start managing your device immediately. During your work in this environment you will be guided by two basic controls - the main menu, which is located on the left side of the screen, and the top bar.

The menu on the left can be shown or hidden using the button in the upper left corner, to the left of your hotel name. Use the menu to navigate between all items and functions of the Siesta Extranet.

On the top bar you will first find the calendar icon (s), right next to the search and guest search box. It works on the basis of full-text search, you can also search by Siesta ID, date of birth, original reservation number, etc.

Clicking on the name of the logged-in user will bring you to a window where you can change your data, application language, color theme dark “dark” and light “light” and in the “Security” tab also the access password.

Definition of user roles

The possibility of setting user roles in Siesta Extranet is really wide and can satisfy even the most demanding clients.

License Manager

They can display all specific client interfaces, this is the highest access for the client.

Client Manager

They can display all client-specific interfaces used by the client's administrators.

Application Manager

They can display all application-specific interfaces used by administrators from the client's side.

Manager

They have access to all application-specific interfaces, including the Management, SIESTA, Applications and Client tabs.

Receptionist

They have access to the Home, Message Board, Reservation, Reception and SIESTA tabs.

Room Owner

They only has access to the occupancy list of the assigned room, but cannot access it. Serves for owners of rooms or apartments.

Driver - Manager

They only have access to transfers, they can also delegate transfers to other drivers. It is designed for drivers.

Driver

They have access to transfers only.

Cleaning Woman

They can only see cleaning.

The birthday cake icon will remind you of the birthday of guests who are currently staying in your facility.

A button with a bell icon displays an overview of all your alerts. You will find notifications about new, changed or canceled reservations, alerts will also be displayed if you change prices, send a report to the Alien Police, send an email to a guest, or change a booking on a calendar. You will also see an automatic report to the Alien Police, automatic emails or a new article (new).

Another button with a paperclip icon displays Tasks. In Tasks you can register tasks and assign them to individual Siesta Extranet users. Read more about the tasks in Siesta Extranet here:

Button with shopping cart icon opens Retail sale. The retail sale also functions as an account, without an associated reservation, see:

A button with a calculator icon displays a calculator window. The calculator is accessible from any window in the Siesta Extranet and is always at hand when you need it.

If the icon is red, you have forgotten options or allocations and your intervention is needed. After clicking on the icon and then clicking on the selected option or allocation, the system will take you to the management of the specific reservation, where you can solve the problem.

Button with envelope icon opens window for sending request or error. This error will be sent directly to our technical support. Just fill in the subject in the window and describe in detail the error you found. It is also desirable to include a screenshot to illustrate the error.

The last button with the power button is used to log out of the Siesta Extranet.
