In General

Creating your own calendar is very easy and with a larger number of rooms it is a great tool to make your work with calendars more transparent and efficient. You can use calendars to manage your equipment, wellness, swimming pool etc.

To create a calendar

Click Add calendar to add custom calendars.

Click the button to set the name, icon, and colour of the calendar icon on the screen.

Subsequently, in the "Calendar Items" tab you can select any of the rooms and equipment that you want to appear in the calendar. You can drag the item to change the order of the items.

If you have not yet configured the equipment, use the link below:

Once you are satisfied with the settings, click the save floppy disk symbol:

You must log out and sign in to make your calendar available. After signing in, you'll see a new calendar icon in the top bar next to the default calendar icon.

Equipment
