If employees from one company come to your facility repeatedly, it is in your interest to accommodate this company and make it easier for you to administer their stay with detailed records of the guests. You can offer individual prices and allocations, which are pre-booked pre-booked capacities at a certain time and room (similar to options for individual customers).
The Welcome screen in the Partners menu lists all your partners, including billing and contact information. By clicking on the "Add Partner" button you can configure a new partner. For better orientation in your calendar you can assign a color to the Partner, you can also pair the relevant partner with a partner type (eg for Hotel). This screen shows all the contact and billing information you can fill in about your partner. You can also add a color to your partner, which will appear on the booking calendar. Use the buttons in the lower right corner to edit your partner information or delete your entire partner record. The "Back" button is used to return to the list of partners.
All reservations that have a given partner assigned to the booking details in the Partner box will be displayed here. Click on the booking to get to the booking detail.
In case your partner / client wants to issue one invoice for more bookings, click on the desired partner. Then click on the Bookings tab. Check the required reservations, then click the button in the lower right corner of the "Create multi-booking bill" button.
You will then see a pop-up window in which you need to name the new account. Select a common currency for each item and save it.
Then a new account is created, which is not bound to the reservation but is bound to the partner. For each selected accounting item, a duplicate is created in the new account and a reference to the newly created accounting item is created for each original accounting item.
Then just continue as with a classic account, ie create an invoice with the selected items. When you save an invoice and create a payment, a single payment will be created in the new bulk account. Payments are created on the booking accounts according to the value of each item, and they are made a reference to the main payment that was made in the bulk account.

Guests for whom we have entered a partner in the guest detail will be displayed in this list.
All invoices issued for that partner will be displayed here.
Allotments are pre-booked options (pre-bookings) for one partner. By means of allocations, it is possible to book a part of the accommodation capacity at certain dates that will not be offered for sale. The partner must show interest in the allotment by the specified date so that it is not canceled. Of course, everything depends on your agreement.
