In the reports section you will find 5 advanced charts that you can perfectly use to improve the processes in the company and increase your profits.
Generating a report is easy - just select the year for which you want to create a vacancy statistics. In addition, there is the possibility to select the second year for year-on-year comparison. The statistics contain very detailed information on the availability of individual rooms for the selected year. At the end of the report there is also a legend, which tells you what each item means.
Period Report is a new statistical report about your bookings and stays for the selected time period.
The report is divided into the following sections:
Basic overview
Reservation statistics by source
Reservation statistics by partner
Occupancy of room types
Received payments
Charged items for valid reservations
Charged items for valid reservations by category
Creating a report is easy - just enter the required period for which you want to compile the report.
All details in each section are well described and need no additional explanation with two exceptions - Charged items for valid reservations (by category). Please note that these items were only charged to the booking account. Therefore, the total amount charged may be higher than the total amount of payments received and vice versa.
Another management report is Emails export, which is a tool for generating a file that contains email addresses from reservations for a given period. All you need to do is specify the booking period and resources to create the file. You can include emails that have been sent to canceled reservations, or specify domains that you want to exclude from the report.
The Excel file (spreadsheet) that will be generated will contain the email addresses, first and last names of the person who made the reservation.
The cashflow report is another management report available in this section. This report focuses only on finance and is intended to make it easier for you to review your financial statements. Creating a report is intuitive - just enter the required period and select the type of payments for which you want to generate the report. The report can be created in two formats - PDF and Excel XLSX, for better processing we recommend the latter.
The cashflow report is divided into two parts - payments and invoiced items. Both parts then consist of a detailed list of all payments or items and their totals.
In this management chart you can easily export the report according to your room types. All you have to do is select the period by year and month. In the resulting export you will find the individual parts by room - sales, occupancy, number of reservations, average price per room, etc.
