# Jak zruším účet /profil svého zařízení na portálu HRS?

Chcete zrušit účet?

V případě, že kanál HRS nechcete dál používat, je třeba napsat přímo na jejich podporu:  <hotel@hrs.com>

*Dear HRS Team,*

*This is to inform you that I would like to end our contract regarding the account management for our hotel - “Jméno ubytovacího zařízení” , ID: “číslo zařízení”.*

*I hereby request you to cancel the contract as of “Datum”, and also to remove all related information about our hotel from your systems and platform.*

*Please keep me informed of the next steps and any steps I need to take to successfully terminate the contract.*

*Thank you in advance for your cooperation and prompt processing of my request. Should you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.*
