# Jak odstranit pokoj z kalendáře?
Kdy tuto funkci můžeme použít? Snížil se Vám počet pronajímaných pokojů. V pokoji probíhá dlouhodobá rekonstrukce (několik měsíců)
Jakýkoli jiný důvod kdy nechcete pokoj natrvalo odstranit jen ho nechcete vidět v kalendáři protože ho zrovna nepronajímáte a personál recepce to může mást.
Postup je následující: V menu po levé straně kliknu na záložku Aplikace → Data → vyberu záložku Pokoje → vyberu pokoj který chci odstranit a dvakrát kliknu.
Otevře se mi okno s daným pokojem. V posledním řádku “Uzavřeno od” vyberu od kdy chci pokoj uzavřít. Pak už jenom celou změnu uložím vpravo nahoře. Vrátím se zpět do kalendáře, aktualizuji a změna se projeví ihned.

V tom samém okně kde uzavírám pokoj mohu změnit i barvu popisku pokoje v kalendáři. Stačí místo uzavření kliknout na barva, vybrat barvu a uložit. Zvolený pokoj pak vidím kalendáři jinou barvou než ostatní pokoje.
